On successful payment, an order confirmation page will be displayed and you will receive an email in your inbox with your delivery tracking information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and GrabPay.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is completed, you will then return to Picard.
Payments detected as potential fraud cases by the relevant payment gateway will be refunded immediately.
Yes, we provide gift wrapping service for an additional charge. Upon your checkout, select a tickbox in your cart to top up $5.35 for gift-wrapping and a customized greeting message.
Please specify the recipient name, address and phone number in the 'Shipping Address' field to ensure your gift items are sent to the recipient's address.
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes after your order has been placed. Sales items are not eligible for any cancellation or return.

Shipping overseas from Singapore will require a delivery charge. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. The charges will be calculated at the checkout page. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
Note: Tax and customs duties are charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Some countries charge customs duties for packages which value crosses a certain limit. These are country specific-charges and are payable by the customer during delivery of the shipment. Shipping charges do not include customs duties. Please note this applies to any prevailing import tax in the respective countries.
Within Singapore: As per the information provided by the shipper, the order will arrive in 2-4 working days. Please note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Outside Singapore: All shipments are sent using one of our reputed courier agencies. We are not able to predict delivery times accurately for international shipments as it would depend on the time taken for customs clearance in the destination country. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. As we offer a variety of delivery options for customers, please check with their respective websites on each individual courier's delivery timing and policies.
Depending on the courier that you picked during checkout, your package may get a limited delivery attempt before it will be returned to us. In event of package being returned due to failed delivery, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer according to the delivery options chosen.

Returns and exchanges
Thanks for shopping at Picard. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days from the date of order received. To be eligible for a return, receipt or proof of purchase must be provided and the item must be unused and in the same condition received. Authenticity cards and dust cover (if any) must be included in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and any additional costs (taxes and duties, etc) for the return shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipment. We advise customers to use a reputable shipment company with tracking services to ensure a smooth return and exchange process. We are unable to guarantee we will receive the returned items if there is no means of tracing back the package.
Item exchanges would depend on the stock availability. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be notified via email. Items returned will be inspected at our discretion in 3-5 working days.
You can choose from the following options:
1. Original payment method
2. Online Voucher amounting to the original item price. Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except for an event where you receive your order in a damaged condition.
It may take some time before the refund is officially posted, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
Please contact your bank or the credit card company if the refund has not been credited.
Our products are under the coverage of Singapore Lemon Law within twelve (12) months from the date of sale. If you find your items damaged before 12 months of use*, please drop us a chat or email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and image of your damaged item and our customer representative will assist you.
*Wear and tear damages are not covered.
Taking care of your Picard leather items
Clean your leather
Dust and dirt can accumulate on your leather over time, hence it's crucial to clean your leather to keep them in good condition. Using a slightly damp cloth, rub the surface of your leather to remove dirt.
Keep your leather dry and cool
Leather is porous and needs to “breathe”. Therefore, store item in its original cloth bag in cool and dry places after each use, and avoid storing your leather products in plastic or air-tight containers.
On occasions when your leather gets wet, gently wipe the excess moisture away using a dry, clean cloth and air dry your leather. Avoid using an artificial heat source or direct light as those could damage the leather.
Store your leather products properly
Storing your leather properly also plays a large part in extending their lifespan. The first step before putting your leather away is to make sure that they are completely dry. Store them in a clean place away from sunlight, heat and humidity, preferably in a fabric or dust bag for an added layer of protection. To make sure that your leather maintains their original shape, stuff some parchment paper or bubble wrap inside them before putting them away.
Condition your leather well
If your leather is feeling dry, perhaps it's time to give them some tender loving care. Applying conditioner onto leather can help to restore their moisture and maintain their appearance. Remember to only use recommended leather care products to maintain your item.
Do test a dab of conditioner on a small spot to ensure that the product is safe for your leather before you start. Give your leather a good wipe before applying a small amount of conditioner onto your leather, rubbing it in circular motions. Any excess product left over should be wiped off using a cloth, and leave your leather to dry for a day before storing. It is recommended to condition your leather every six months to ensure its upkeep.
Keep the shape of your leather item
Avoid over filling the item to maintain its original shape. Minimize contact with sharp objects and rough surfaces as it may scratch or damage the item.
